1. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only, not returns for refund (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Exchanges are applicable for:
- Size issues
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items received
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags must be intact
- The product should be in its original packaging
- A proper unboxing video is recommended for damage claims
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during sale or clearance
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Slight color variations due to lighting or photography
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images or an unboxing video
- We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost
5. Exchange Process
Once your request is approved:
- We will arrange a pickup (if available), or
- Ask you to ship the product to our address
Exchange will be processed after product inspection.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The product is out of stock for exchange
- A defective or incorrect item cannot be replaced
Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
7. Reverse Shipping Charges
- Free (for damaged/wrong items)
- Charged (for size exchanges)
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
